CariMar’s Cravings is a home-based bakery specializing in cheesecakes and desserts. All items are made fresh to order. By ordering from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • We accept payments through approved payment methods listed on our website or social media pages.

  • Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged (see our Refund & Return Policy).

3. Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup and delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order.

  • Please arrive on time for your pickup appointment. Late pickups may affect product quality, and CariMar’s Cravings is not responsible for any spoilage that occurs after the scheduled pickup time.

  • For deliveries, ensure someone is available to receive the order. We are not responsible for damage or melting once the order has been delivered.

4. Product Care

All desserts and cheesecakes are perishable and must be kept refrigerated until serving. CariMar’s Cravings is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation after pickup or delivery.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Our desserts are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, and wheat. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is allergen-free. Please notify us in advance of any allergies when placing your order.

6. Custom Orders

For custom designs, we will do our best to accommodate your vision. However, please note that colors, decorations, and designs may vary slightly from reference photos due to the handmade nature of our products.

7. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

All photos, text, and content on our website and social media belong to CariMar’s Cravings. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

CariMar’s Cravings is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur from the use or consumption of our products, or from delays, errors, or issues beyond our control (such as delivery delays or product mishandling after pickup).

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the new terms.
