Q: What types of desserts do you make?
A: I specialize in homemade cheesecakes, cupcakes, and cakes, but I also enjoy creating custom desserts tailored to your needs and special occasions.


Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: Please place your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.


Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of your confirmed order.
The final payment is due 7 days before your pickup date. Orders are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Payments can be made via Chime, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Zelle.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: All deposits are nonrefundable.
Because each dessert is custom-made and ingredients are prepared in advance, all sales are final once the order is confirmed.


Q: Do you make wedding cakes or large event desserts?
A: Yes! Large event orders are always welcome.
Wedding cakes may be accepted depending on customization requests and schedule availability — please reach out early to discuss details.


Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, etc.)?
A: Yes, to the best of my abilities. While I do my best to accommodate dietary needs, please note that all desserts are prepared in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, nuts, and wheat, so cross-contamination may occur.
