All Sales Are Final
Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Double-check all details such as flavors, quantities, pickup or delivery dates, and any customizations. Once confirmed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you believe there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, determine if a replacement or store credit may be offered.
Pickup & Storage Responsibility
Once your order leaves our possession, CariMar’s Cravings is not responsible for any damage that occurs due to improper handling, transportation, or storage. Cheesecakes and other desserts should be kept refrigerated until serving for best freshness and quality.
