At CariMar’s Cravings, all of our desserts are made fresh to order with love and care. Because our products are perishable, we take special precautions to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

1. Local Pickup & Delivery

• We currently offer local pickup and delivery only.

• Delivery is available within designated areas — please confirm if your address qualifies before placing your order.

• Pickup and delivery dates and times will be arranged at the time of ordering.

• Please arrive promptly for pickup or ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.

Once your order has left our possession, CariMar’s Cravings is not responsible for damage caused by transportation, handling, or delayed pickup.

2. Shipping

At this time, we do not offer nationwide shipping due to the delicate and perishable nature of our cheesecakes and desserts.
We are actively exploring safe and reliable options to expand our shipping in the future — stay tuned for updates on our website and social media!

3. Order Processing Time

• All orders are made fresh and require a minimum of 48–72 hours notice.

• Large or custom orders may require additional time.

• Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Saturday). We are closed on Sundays and holidays.

4. Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your delivery information at checkout. CariMar’s Cravings is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive it, the order will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

5. Product Handling After Delivery or Pickup

Once your dessert has been picked up or delivered, it is your responsibility to properly handle and store it.
Cheesecakes and other refrigerated desserts should be kept chilled until serving to maintain freshness and quality.
